This is where players will be able to purchase low-level weaponry, ammunition, hire support and soldier staff. They will also be able to sell items recovered, humans captured etc.
Players will also be able to see any outstanding deliveries, so they don't double buy or can plan ahead.
Base Transfers
Players can transfer resources and personnel between bases. It takes a little longer than 'buy on marketplace' as these transferable items need to travel through space to get to the destination base.
