When new missions become available, they are visible for the currently selected planet. These halo rings around the geo markers tell the player important information at a glance.
RED - Unassigned / Free mission for player
Blue - Assigned, not yet started
Green - A player's AUTO mission in progress
Purple - Enemy at location/RV/WB conducting their own mission.
